JOB TITLE: Sales Specialist: Healthcare / Transcription / EHR / Debt Collection

JOB ROLE:

The individual will be representing SpectraMedi’s Medical Transcription services, HiArc EHR and Debt Collection Service to Physician Offices, Group Practices, Family Practices, Acute Care Centers, Emergency Care Centers, and other healthcare practices, taking care of the end-to-end sales activities to generate new business.


JOB RESPONSBILITIES

Independently execute and manage phone, email, online, and direct selling campaigns to generate leads.

Independently develop new accounts by establishing relationships with targeted clientele to generate new business engagements related to Medical Transcription, HiArc EHR, debt collection and any other healthcare BPO services.

Develop excellent relations at all levels of the client hierarchy to identify the areas of deficiencies in the present system and introduce methods by relating it with SpectraMedi’s effective business solutions.

Seek out new opportunities to drive incremental sales while managing existing business; aggressively pursuing all opportunities for new business.

Work jointly with the management and the supporting teams to close the sale.

Actively contribute to development of sales presentations, business proposals, legal contracts, etc.

Report to manager and higher officials with daily / weekly / monthly trackers and accountability reports as required.

Hire and Train sales support staff based on the requirement.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must possess 3+ years of hardcore sales (healthcare sales preferred) experience by handling large and small accounts. This is not pharmaceutical sales; selling of Transcription services, Medical Software, Medical Records / HIM / EMR systems, debt collection service etc. preferred.

Knowledge of healthcare industry, practices, and workflow is beneficial.

Proven ability to engage clients at all levels including office managers, executives, and technicians, capturing exact requirements and proposing solutions.

Good track record of achieving and exceeding personal sales goals and capability to work under pressure.

Should be tech-savvy with excellent computer skills including MS office and internet research.

Ability to prepare marketing presentations, business proposals, sales reports etc.

Any college coursework completed.

Self-starter with quick learning ability, excellent communication; both verbal and written, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Career ambitious person with good work ethics, time management and multi-tasking ability.


Annual Compensation: $60,000
